Voquo writes the estimate, sends it, chases it when it goes quiet, invoices it, and keeps your books ready for the accountant. Tell it the job spoken or typed.
Four trades come with full price lists built with tradesmen. Everyone else picks General trades: you start with your day rates and your price list builds itself from your first few quotes. Want your trade to get its own full list? Tell us your trade and the most asked-for goes next.
Not a list of features. This is what actually happens once it is running.
Your voicemail points at your own link, voquo.io/yourcompanyname. The customer opens it, describes the job in their own words, adds photos, leaves their number. It lands in your app with a draft quote waiting and their number one tap away. Same link goes on your van, your socials, your invoices.
Client, address, the work, in any order. No neat sentences needed. Voquo prices it from your list and hands you a draft to check. Nothing goes to the customer until you send it.
Estimates that go unanswered and invoices that go unpaid get one polite follow-up, in the morning, and never a second. You are copied on every one. Anything you have already chased yourself is left alone.
Every invoice, receipt, mileage claim and CIS deduction sits in two clean lists, money in, money out. Your accountant gets a read-only link and stops emailing you for carrier bags of paper.
Every quoting app stops at the invoice. Voquo carries on, because the invoice is not where your evening goes. The shoebox is.
Voquo tells you what it was unsure about instead of guessing quietly.
Every quote you build teaches it how you price and how you word things. After a few jobs it is filling in your rates, recognising your regulars, and pulling their address from the last job you did for them.
Voquo shows which lines came from your list and which it could not price, so you know the one number to check. Two years on it still knows: every job, note, photo and price stays against the customer, so you walk back into a house you did in 2024 with the whole thing in front of you.
“I sent the estimate before I left the drive. He had approved it by the time I got back to the van.”
Everything on this page is every trade’s. This is what lands on top of it.
Scan the board and Voquo reads the schedule of circuits for you to check. Say the readings as you test, both hands free, circuit by circuit. Observations coded, limitations noted, and the certificate comes out as a proper numbered PDF before you have packed the tester away.

Every trade can use it today. Electricians, plumbers and gas engineers, joiners, and painters and decorators each come with a full price list built with tradesmen rather than guessed, and the wording and certificates follow from it. Everyone else, landscapers, tilers, plasterers, roofers, handymen, picks General trades at signup: you start with your labour rates and your price list builds itself from the first few jobs you quote, in your own words at your own prices. Builders and HVAC get their full lists next, and their signup buttons take your email so you hear first.
No, and it does not file anything with HMRC. What it does is stop you turning up to your accountant with a carrier bag. Your income, costs, VAT, mileage and CIS come out as one clean spreadsheet for whichever period they asked for, which is usually the part you are paying them to untangle.
No. Every capture screen takes typing exactly the same way it takes speech. Speaking is faster when your hands are full, which is why it exists, but nothing in Voquo requires it.
You see every line before anything is sent, and each one is tappable. Voquo also shows which lines it priced from your list and which it could not price, so you know exactly where to look.
It says so. Anything Voquo is unsure about sits in a short list waiting for you rather than being filed on a guess, and anything still unchecked is spelled out at the bottom of the export so your accountant knows too.
Nothing is sent without you. Follow-ups are off until you switch them on, and when they are on each estimate or invoice gets one polite nudge and never a second. You are copied on every one.
You need a connection for the estimate to be built and sent, since the pricing happens on our servers. Add Voquo to your home screen and it opens like a normal app. On iPhone, voice recording needs Safari.
Your records stay readable and exportable rather than being locked behind the paywall, because they are your legal records and you may need them years later. Email hello@voquo.io any time and we will get you an export.
